There are a few things I want the buyer to be informed about. I am mentioning this because I want the buyer to know exactly what he/she is getting without any suprises. I am a very detail oriented person, so I am very critical with any small "imperfections."
-The ashtray cover has a few scratches from where the original owner used to place a phone or keys
-The front bumper has been re-sprayed due to rock chips, also no more license plate holes. I do however have factory license plate holder for those required to run a front plate
-The front passenger fender has been resprayed due to the car being keyed. The paint and blend is absolutely perfect, and one is unable to tell the car has had any paint work whatsoever.
-There are a few other minor paint imperfections on the hood, rocker panels (not visible from a distance of 1ft +) that occur from regular road driving.
-The wheels have a few imperfections as well (paint nicks).
-A majority of the miles come from road tripping from my residence in houston to denver. The car has never seen snow or salty/treated roads.
There may be a few minor things I am forgetting, but that should be everything.
I have all original parts, and all receipts for aftermarket parts as well.
All work has been professionally done either by BMW or by Joel @ Bavarian Hyper Sports and Autosport Werkes.
Serious inquires only. PM or email me for more info. Will email dyno graph or more detailed pictures upon request.

I believe so... the car just needs a catted mid pipe, as I am currently running a catless setup.
the car put down 445 rwhp, and 310 rwtq. I can email you the graph if you are interested.

No, it is not.
With cats in place it would likely pass the sniffer, but would fail the visual inspection under the hood (AA doesnt generally get CARB approval and therefore doesnt provide stickers).

My BHS built SC M3 passes no prob in Tx, but probably not in CA. Niels, I called my friend (a newly minted Chiro w/ good practice but also a buttload of debt) but this car is a touch more than he can handle right now.
Nice car but I would be surprised to see it get $35k. Most of the mods on it won't be worth much unless you find just the right buyer. Might even end up turning off a number of people who think mods=raced & rode hard. Good luck selling though, hope it does well.
