FS My 02 LSB ///Mcoupe (S54)

SOLD

I guess its time. I have 2 new fully restored vintage cars coming home and I need to make room. To be honest out of all the cars I owned and sold. This is one car that made me think twice to give up. Its no exotic but its one rare, fun and dependable car. Its my 2002 Mcoupe (S54). It took me over a year to find the perfect coupe. Its has the factory S54 motor, Laguna Seca Blue (LSB) with no sunroof (rare). There are 690 of these cars made and I believe only 6 made with this combo. I mentained and kept her in top condition. All service including major are done. She has no issues and no stories. Never been tracked nor abused. PO was a 55 yr old female chiroparactor.

Details and all upgrades are done less than a year with my ownership:

02 M coupe (best year)
Laguna Seca Blue (rare)
S54 motor (same w/ the E46 M3) only 690 made world wide
only 6 in this color and only 2 in this color with No Sunroof (even more rare 98% came with the useless tilt only moon roof)

Gosh I wish I was in the market for another M Coupe right now because this one is da bomb!

Had a '99 M Coupe along with an M3 coupe of the same vintage and kept the M3 to turn into my track car/IP class club racer in a momentary lapse of reason; should've kept the M Coupe instead for the purpose.

Good luck with the sale, it's a brilliant looking specimen!

Will be willing to deduct 5k off the price if you rather have the stock wheels instead of BBS LMR wheels.

Not really… those values have not started to reflect in the books yet. In theory there will be in the future since there were only 690 S54s made in the states with the 315hp M3 engine… in total just under 3000 of the S52 and S54 were built from 99-02.

My advice… put that baby back in the garage and sit on it. Keep the miles under 100k and hold off… In sure we will see some value change in the next 5 or so years. Once 15 year mark hits the values usually change on older rare cars like that.
