Lease assumption or sale: 2008 E90 M3 - JzB on bamboo
First I want to say that I love this car and I am just doing this to open up the garage....nuff said!
As the title states I am looking for someone who wants to take over my lease. It stands as follows:
15K a year
3 years
started this past February so it has 2 years 5 months left on it.
Car has 11xxx miles on it which are mostly highway miles.
It has already had its 1st service (of course)
The car will be delivered to the new owner STOCK
EXCEPT
for the painted reflectors, H&R springs, and tint
UNLESS the buyer wants to put a little extra cash in for the mods. It will take a week to get her back into basic form as I will have to purchase the stock 18" wheels before turn-over
This car was my Friday/weekend/show car so it is in pristine shape and almost perfect. The only flaw is two small chips on the hood that were spot fixed.
Car is loaded with EVERYTHING except for the window shades.
Lease assumption is the $500.00 fee which can be negotiated and the monthly is $740 and small change.
IF you are interested in just buying it outright I will sell it for what BMW wants for it...not a penny more or less. I am not looking to make anything on this deal just to move it to an interested party...that is it!

I took a long weekend which turned into a week to Chicago and also New York for the car shows I also posted up about.

Guys,
I have had a few requests about the mods and them included in the price. I can do this and happy to negotiate a good price on them so they are left on the car upon full buyout or lease takeover. I will include ALL OEM pieces EXCEPT for the stock 18" wheels that came with the car (I sold them) at a decent price. Please keep in mind that all my mods cost in total over 16K but know with the market and degradation that it usually demands a 30%-35% loss but even at that I am willing to work below that with the buyer!

Regardless - I have seen this car in person and it is a real head turner. Mike is a STAND UP guy and it is confirmed he is a seller that can be trusted without hesitation.

I don't I think I see it listed in your original post.
What transmission does your M3 have?
6-speed manual transmission with additional oil cooler and heavy-duty dual-disc clutch?
