New front tie rods, all belts and pullys, new engine mounts, new rotors, new oil-pan gasket, power-steering hoses, read-diff gasket. is this vehicle street-legal? Looking to bring it down to CA, we all know how strict they are

 

more than a little strict...

I have it licensed here in Washington state, no problems.

The speedo is in mph, and it passed emissions/inspection with no issue at all. It has regular seatbelts in addition to the harnesses.

Let me know if there are other specific requirements that you can think of, but again, no issues with licensing here when I did it last year.
