What are the specs on the rear wheels and tires? The rubber seems a bit stretched.

The rear wheels are 19x12 Tires are 315/25ZR19. Fronts are 19x8.5 with 235/35ZR19 tires.

YES, Just smogged it on 7-25-2009 with all mods and it passed no problem. I can send you the results if you're interested.
