Original warranty is through 50k miles, so yes, there is still warranty left.

As for a 4X offer, I can get mid 40s on trade in and I have a guy offering 50k. If he flakes I'll consider $49k

what do you mean by in-service date? I have all dealer service records. It will be due for oil change at 40k miles, so not long from now.

If the car doesn't sell in january, it's getting traded in at the end of the month, so only 3 weeks or so left.

FYI, In-Service date is when the vehicle was originally purchased (i.e. when the warranty starts); it will therefore dictate when the OEM Warranty expires.
