Hello all,
I have up for sale my BMW 2006 M5, 11K Miles, Interlagos Blue with Black Leather (Not Extended) interior, SMG, NAV, HUD. Rear window Blind. I am the second owner of the car, the original owner purchased this car at local BMW dealer (I can’t remember where) This car has never been into any kind of accident or ever been painted. Carfax is clean and I have the pink slip with me.
I am very particular about my car and I maintained and cleaned it regularly. All the service record can be pulled up at any BMW dealership around the bay area. My last service was at 9K miles at Stevens Creek BMW. I drove this car everyday to and from work (about 30 miles). All recalls and updates have been done. Buyer can request PPI at any BMW dealer close to San Jose, CA.
I am selling this car because I am looking to build an M3 racecar for the coming track season. However I am not in the hurry to sell this car, I am looking for the right buyer that can appreciate and enjoy it. Please no dealer or broker, I am not interested in consigning my car.
Since I got the car I’ve done a few modification to the car. I own a shop here in the bay area, Sonic Motorsports and we did all the work on the car.

As for warranty goes, the car is out of warranty but I can help you obtain BMW extended Warranty at a very good rate from my friend at Stevens Creek BMW.
Now for the price, I’ve been looking at autotrader.com, cars.com and similar website. There are a few 2006 M5 with a similar mileage goes for about $42 - $46K depending on options and color combo. I am asking $49.5K for the car with all the modification on it, worth about roughly $10K on the second hand market. I still have the stock parts except for the brakes. The original wheels are in good condition and there are plenty of treads left. I am not looking to part it out at this time.
I know that there are a lot of M5 out there selling for below $40K, but those are high mileage car with no known history, auction cars or overall very beat up condition. I looked at quite a few of them before I purchased this car. If you’re looking for a cheap M5 then this car is not for you. I am open to offers but please be reasonable so we both don’t waste our time.
