I have a binder full of service records for the car - too much info to post.
The car is on stock 17" Avus rims with winter tires right now, but will come with a set of 18" IForged Senecas with tires, but tires need replacing.
The car currently has 88,xxx miles on it, however the timing belt slipped shortly after the 60k mile service and the entire short block was replaced. New short block has approximately 22k miles on it - essentially a NEW ENGINE.
Stage III conversion:
Custom tuned by Autospeed/Chicago Performance and Tuning - 365whp and over 500 ft. lbs of torque.

- I am sure I am missing a few mods, but serious buyers can contact me for further info.
Interior: Black leather with birdseye maple trim. Leather is in excellent shape with a little bit of wear on the divers side seat bolsters.
Exterior: Always properly detailed 3-4 times a year. Clear bra, however there are some minor rock chips on the hood.
Disclaimer: The car was involved in a very minor accident and the drivers side front quarter panel was hit by a turning vehicle. The damage was professionally repaired and is not noticeable at all. I have all documentation of the damage and repaired parts.
The car has regularly received oil and fluid changes. Approximately 2 years ago all control arms were replaced and 1 year ago all rotors and pads were replaced. The car has seen minimal use, mostly on weekends to ensure it is in proper running order.
Chicago Performance and Tuning recently serviced the car and replaced all suspension bushings, spark plugs, EGT sensors, MAF sensors, new radio and brake fluid flush ($3,000 service).

Seems like a well done car. Have you considered a fueling kit? That should put your whp well over 400. Good luck with the sale. I really enjoyed my B5 S4. Your car should provide many smiles for the new owner.

The tranny and t-case only need to be upgraded if you are going to run GT turbos (500+ whp). The stock tranny and t-case are sufficient to handle the current power output.
