Lease Assumption: 2011 X6 35i– Alpine White/Saddle Brown – MSRP of $71k+
Year: 2011
Make: BMW
Model: X6

Location (State): NY
Transmission: Automatic

Monthly Payment: $799.99
Taxes: When I signed the lease I paid all of the necessary NY sales tax upfront. I am not sure if the future lessee get to benefit from that though. Depending on the laws in your state you may have to pay sales taxes on the remaining lease payments.
Money Due to me upfront: $6,400 (due to Multiple Security Deposits).
*** YOU WILL GET ALL OF THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK AT THE END OF THE LEASE. *** This amount is the total of 8 security deposits ($800 each). One was required by BMW FS because it was my first time leasing a car through them. I made the other seven so I could reduce the money factor (interest rate) on the lease by 0.0049.
BMW Fees: $500 BMW Financial Services Lease Transfer Fee ($400 of which is refunded if you don’t get approved)

Additional Information:
Condition:
The car is in great condition overall! There are no dings or scratches on the body. The only minor cosmetic damage are a few inevitable rock chips on the front bumper.
Accident:
The car was in a minor accident in March of 2011. I was rear ended by a 2010 Nissan Sentra at slow speed while stopped at a red light. The only damage to the X6 was the rear bumper cover which was replaced by a BMW certified body shop (the service department at my dealership handled the repair). Total cost was around $1,600 and I have the invoices to show the work that was performed.
Here is a picture of the original damage:

Pictures:
It is pretty cold in NY, but I will try to get the car washed and take some new/current pictures soon.
In the meantime, here are some pictures from and directly after my Performance Center Delivery:

everything is done through the lender. In this case most likely BMW Financial services.
They will send you a credit application and assuming you are approved, the contract will switch to your responsibility.

Yup! When staring at an order sheet I have a hard time leaving stuff out.
Thanks!
