She's shod in polished BBS classic wheels with 245/50/16 Kumho's, custom 3 VDO Gauge set, Dinan ECU chip and suspension, UUC short shift, ice cold A/C with new compressor and condenser, custom keyless entry, many more upgrades! No emissions required--fast, comfortable and rare classic European M635 in excellent condition. Selling only because of financial constraints. Will consider all offers and possibly trades. Thanks for looking!

The engine has been rebuilt from top to bottom using OEM parts with the exception of custom manufactured JE pistons to decrease the static weight and because the stock pistons were outrageously priced and poor quality cast. The intake manifold runners were ported to match the head as was the header to improve flow. The cylinders were power honed and the crank polished and everything statically balanced. The head had a three angle grind and all 24 guides replaced and valve shims adjusted. New head bolts, timing chain, upgraded M3 tensioner, upper and lower tension runners, oil pump, coolant hoses, water pump, radiator, fan and fan clutch, thermostat housing, break booster, slave and brake master cylinders, new clutch, through-out bearing, 265 transmission rebuilt by metric mechanic, new greasable ?U? joints and center bearing installed professionally and driveshaft dynamically balanced, new wheel bearing all the way around, rebuilt calipers, new from brake lines and clutch line, new cross drilled rotors front and rear with ceramic pads up front. It has a K&E filter and the airbox has been modified for better flow. Custom wire loom to separate the plug wires to prevent ark over, it has MSD-6 ignition module and a blaster 2 coil which made a phenomenal difference especially in smoothness and high end rpm?s. The firewall has been insulated for heat and sound, as was the transmission tunnel. The rear differential mount is new and upgraded and the subframe bushings are new eurethane Because it is a Euro model it does not have catalytic converters, it now has two glass packs for center resonator since the stock resonator weighed 65 lbs, stock muffler with custom chrome tips. The entire front end has been rebuilt with all OEM parts and upgraded lower control arm bushings. The front struts are Koni adjustable and have K-Mac adjustable camber/caster, rear Bilstein with camber/caster adjustable, beefed up urethane sway bar bushings and mounts front and rear, Dinan springs which lower the car about 1 ½ inches. It is chipped with a Dinan chip as well, I didn't install it so I don?t know that much about it except that it is the one that is usually used which amount other things bumps the rev limiter to 7200 rpm's. The A/C was upgraded with a higher flow compressor and condenser, but stayed with R-12 since it works so much better than 134. The duct temp at 95 degree outside temp is about 38 - 40 degrees! The blower speed typically can be turned down to 3/4 which is much better than the original system which had to be on full speed to just be adequate. Inside I have added a short shift kit and have shortened the shift arm and topped it off with an ergonomic M-tech leather ****. The dash center vents have been replaced with 3 custom mounted VDO gauges, Oil pressure, oil temp and charging voltage. The car is quite fast for a sedan and a normally aspirated 3.5L, never dino?d it, but probably about 300 horse. The head was done by Will's Auto Machine Shop, in Chamblee with a 3 angle grind, lapping of valves, decking and replacing all 24 valve guides due to the inferior guide used in Europe which apparently don't hold up to unleaded fuel, spring tension was checked and valves reinstalled with new seals and keepers. . The machine work on the block was done by Goza Auto Machine Shop in Acworth which included precision power honing the cylinders, decking the block, replacing rod bushing, polishing the crank and balancing everything. I have worked on cars all my life which includes many engine rebuilds, my father was machinist and I have an aircraft A & P license, I say this because I did the building of the engine and I can assure you it was done right! The engine now has about 40K on it and it runs perfect with balanced compression between 190 and 200 psi. I chose not to convert to a double row since many enthusiasts believe, as I do, that it is not necessary since the real culprit is the old style chain tensioner which allows too much slop which is what can cause the chain to break. I have the updated M3 tensioner with no resulting chain noise that I had previously even with a new old style tensioner. Everything that could be replaced was replaced using OEM or better parts. The only mod done included limited porting and polishing with the main focus being matching the ports to the intake manifold and the header flanges for improved flow. With the Dinan chip the engine pulls strong all the way to the redline of 7200, though I don't often take it there. The center resonator has been replaced with glass packs which has shaved about 50 lbs of weight and opened the flow up, though I am still using the stock muffler. The entire suspension has been gone through and many upgrades done including sway bar mount stiffeners and urethane bushings the sway bars are adjustable, though not Dinan, they were on the care when I got it. The front struts are Koni adj with KMac adjustable camber/caster plates and the lower control arms have the upgraded busings. Urethane sub fame busings and a new upgraded differential mount/snubber. New wheel bearings brake lines, rebuilt calipers and cross drilled rotors front and rear with ceramic pads up front. The entire A/C system has been gone through including new high flow condenser, aftermarket high flow compressor, new lines seals, etc. The vent temp range is from 36 - 40 deg. depending on outside temp. It works surprisingly well for an 80's German system. The shifter has been cut down and paired with a UUC short shifter kit which has been a phenomenal improvement. New clutch, pressure plate throw-out bearing, master and slave cylinders. New brake master cyl and booster. MSD-6 module and blaster II coil with custom made spiro wound 7mm wires and wire loom have made a very noticeable difference in performance and improved idle. I have not ran it on a dino, but would estimate the hp to be at very conservative 300. The rear 2X4 speakers have been replaced with JBL 6X9 with custom color matched speaker cloth. The stereo is a Pioneer (see current ad) The front speakers have been replaced with upgraded two way, can't remember the brand.
