I am the 2nd owner of this 2008 BMW M6 Convertible. The original in-service date of this vehicle was 1/26/2008, it was purchased and owned in Nevada. I purchased it on 3/5/2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. I subsequently moved to Michigan where the vehicle is now.
The vehicle is stored during the winters in heated storage and has never seen snow, it has only seen rain once during the time I have owned it. It is a 3rd vehicle for me and remains in the garage unless the weather is nice and I can drive it with the top down. It is only driven 6-8 months out of the year. The oil is changed prior to storing it and then once again after it is removed. It is overkill but I take care of my vehicles.
I have had no issues with the vehicle and have the full maintenance history back to the in-service date, I can e-mail the records to you. All service is done by the dealer. I did have one oil change performed by an BMW focused independant and watched the mechanic change the oil and he was familiar with the S85 engine platform.
The vehicle is hand washed only and maintained with Zaino products. The vehicle comes with a Covercraft FormFit custom indoor cover and BMW wind deflector for the backseat.
The tires have about ~8,000 miles on them. The tires were new when I purchased the vehicle in 2010 (~26,000 miles) and the vehicle has 34,127 miles on it now. You can see the condition of the tires from the pictures.
