F/S: '09 M5, Alpine white/black, full warr/maint, with/without nice mods, $49k/OBO!!

Year: 2009
Make: BMW
Model: M5
Price: $49000
Mileage: 41000
Color: Alpine White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

UPDATE: NEW PRICE, $49,000 with EVERYTHING included!!! RPi exhaust AND stock exhaust, H&R springs AND factory springs, VMR rims AND DPE 3-pc rims...that's over $4,500 in parts alone!!!! Essentially it's a 2009 M5 with full BMW warranty and maintenance plan for $44k...try finding that anywhere else. Update also for mileage and service: now at 41k miles and currently at the dealer for full service per BMW.

Hey guys,

I'm selling my Beast, so I wanted to throw it on the board here (as well as other BMW-specific boards) first before going the alternative routes.

Mine is a 2009 M5, Alpine White over black leather. Very, very loaded...MSRP was almost $102,000!!! I think it has every single option checked except heated rear seats. 39k miles...will go up a little as I'm still driving her!

The Beast is under full BMW bumper to bumper warranty until early 2014 or 50k miles. Full BMW Maintenance Plan in effect for the same duration as well. Obviously, the car needs nothing as a result.

The options include:

Black perforated Merino Leather
Comfort Access
Soft Close doors
Rear sunshades
Ventilated seats
Comfort seats with lumbar support
Fold down rear seats
High beam assistant
iPod/USB
Head up display
HD radio
Enhanced Premium sound
More that I'm sure I'm leaving out!!!

Some nice mods that are on the car are:

Custom M5 floor mats. Factory floor mats included!
Choice of 20" VMR rims (brushed silver) with nearly new Hankook V12 tires OR custom 20" DPE 3-piece rims (matte black centers and chrome lips) with the same rubber. The DPEs are not included for the asking price. The VMRs are.
Tinted all around with UV resistant film (fantastic for maintaining the leather interior!!!) -- not dark at all
Lowered on H&R springs. Factory springs included!
RPi GTS exhaust. Factory exhaust included! Price does not include the RPi exhaust but we can work something out. Over $3,000 for this exhaust alone.
BMC air filters
Carbon Fiber front grilles
Again, probably stuff that I have forgotten...

The Beast is nearly flawless. One little nick way down low on the front air dam and one on the bottom of the rear apron is all I can think of. Both are little, like the size of your fingernail. They are incredibly tough to find because they are down so low and because the Alpine White hides them. Exterior is a 9.5 out of 10. I can emails tons and tons to anyone interested right away. Interior is perfect with only a small showing of any wear on the drivers seat just from me sitting in it and right where the seat belt sits on the leather -- looks like it's almost new. Interior is a 9.5 out of 10.

No issues, no stories, no wrecks, no paintwork, etc.

I follow all service recommendations, of course, paid for by BMW. I only hand wash the Beast using the 2-bucket method.

Asking price is $49k/OBO. I'm open to discussing different prices with or without the DPE rims and the RPi exhaust too. I'm not desperate to sell, but I do want to move on to something different. I'm not sure what yet, but if you have interesting trade ideas, that's fine too. I just get bored with my cars quickly, especially after I'm done modding them! I've had over 100 cars so far and I'm only 40...and am still married with 3 kids!

Thanks for looking!

That's a beauty and ranks very high on my 'must own' list. Not even far from me. I've got to think about this one. I know the fuel mileage on these are quite terrible. Exactly what have you been getting?

Hey V,

I had the V10 E60 M5 on my list as well. I have loved this car...nothing quite like 8250 rpm out of a 5.0 liter V10. I had a Viper a few years back and there was no comparison between the motor in this car and that one! I get between 15 and 16 all around. I'll get closer to 20 on a run up to the courthouse in Sacramento, floating along at 80 mph in 7th gear. I'm located in Alamo and my office is in Concord, so that's my commute and maybe you know that little stretch? Let me know if you have any other questions!

How about $49,000 with BOTH sets of rims and BOTH the RPi and stock exhaust included?

That is a smoking deal with a $3300 exhaust and $5000 DPE rims included!!!!!
