2008 Porsche Cayman S

Year: 2008
Make: Porsche
Model: Cayman
Price: $32000
Mileage: 38000
Color: Guards Red
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): PA
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Vehicle is located in Pittsburgh, PA. PM for me info or to set up a viewing.

For your consideration is my 2008 Porsche Cayman S 6spd M/T in stunning Guards Red with black leather interior. The car was purchased from Foreign Traffic imports of Allison Park, PA in July of 2012 as a pleasure vehicle, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It spent its life in Florida as a Porsche lease, then I purchased it, making me the second owner. I have realized that I need a GT car with four seats rather than a two seater sports car, so that is the reason I am offering it for sale.

Options on the vehicle include 19" Porsche Sport Classic wheels, Bi-Xenon headlamps, and body color matched gauge faces.

Four brand new Continental Extreme Contact DW's installed on 1/28/13! Over $1200 in rubber.

The car is in excellent condition both mechanically and aesthetically. I am an ASE certified SAAB and Porsche technician/enthusiast and own a shop in Pittsburgh, PA that services both brands. Upon purchasing the vehicle I serviced it completely. I flushed the brakes, the manual transmission, changed the spark plugs with the correct factory Bosch plugs, install hawk HPS low dust ceramic pads on all four corners, and changed the filters. I have performed two oil changes on the vehicle using Mobil 1 0w40 synthetic, as specified by the factory.

I installed some desirable upgrades on the vehicle as well. Firstly, I installed a short shift kit which reduced the throw significantly and makes the shifter feel impeccable. At the same time, I installed a Pioneer AVEC X940BT navagation headunit with bluetooth, traffic tuner, and an iPod connection. The headunit was installed using the highest quality aftermarket fitment kit available, and looks as close to stock as possible. If you like to get where you're going a bit faster than approved, the vehicle is hardwired for a Valentine 1 radar detector. To allow the engine to open up and give the vehicle the proper Porsche howl, a Borla catback sport exhaust was installed. The exhaust sound is absolutely intoxicating and will receive compliments wherever you take the vehicle. The only exterior modifications that were made were Jospeh DeSimone's LED front spars and factory European clear sidemarkers. I also had the vehicle tinted. Parts total on upgrades is around $4000 in parts.

The car is clean inside and out. The carfax shows the front bumper was replaced and resprayed in 2009, but other than that no surprises or no stories on the vehicle. The title is completely clean.

The car is priced below blue book and available for test drives with proof of financial ability to purchase. Florida title is in hand and ready to go to its new owner.

Curious why you did not retitle it to PA upon purchase in 7/2012?
Is the original head unit coming with the vehicle?

Hey there,

I reg all my vehicles at my place in Florida. That way I can avoid having to follow PA's tint laws and deal with inspection, state property tax, etc.

All original parts are available if the new owner would like them. Fog lights, spars, exhaust, headunit, and shifter I believe.
