Whats the catch? Thats awfully cheap for a factory stripe car with mods and good mileage. If there are no issues regarding accidents etc, this car should be sold quickly.
There is a whole thread with details and pictures on what happened and the rebuilt process on one of the dedicated Ferrari forums.
I guess the accident and the rebuilt title classifies as " nothing wrong with it" ?
The description refers to as the car has been properly fixed; there are no mechanical or esthetical issues on the vehicle now.
