You might find cheaper RS4s for sale, but you will not find a better maintained one. The car literally has a hundred pages of maintenance records, receipts, etc. I doubt some high end super cars even have this kind of documentation. Email me for a copy of the pdf.
It is a 2007 in Daytona Gray over black leather fully loaded with the premium package (Navigation, Homelink, auto-dimming exterior and interior mirrors, compass, memory for driver seat and mirror positions, rain sensor, light sensor, exterior entry lights, memory card slot, CD-changer, Bose premium sound system, heated rear seats, power rear sunshade and manual rear side sunshade). Only reason I’m looking to sell it is because we’re remodeling the backyard and driveway (you can probably tell in some pics) and it might run over budget. I don’t want to take out money against the house or one of my businesses when this car is paid off with the title in hand.
The car is in phenomenal condition. It has been regularly washed and meticulously detailed, and it shows. The previous owner and I both detailed the car ourselves with high quality products from Detailer’s Domain (Menzema, Sonax, Uber, etc.). Only the driver’s seat really shows any signs of wear…the rest of the interior is mint.
Most of the miles are due to highway driving on weekend trips. The car has NEVER been tracked, raced, etc. The car feels solid and drives very tight. The engine, transmission and clutch are smooth. This car is easily in better condition that cars with half the mileage.
If you’re shopping for an RS4, you already know the areas of concern are the engine (oil changes, carbon cleaning), brakes (and front brake rotors being scoured by the pins in the stock pads as they wear down), stock exhaust valves failing, DRC failure, and coil pack recall. All of these have been addressed with this car, with hard evidence in the maintenance history. Don’t get into a dealer car that has no established history – it’s a complete crap shoot. Receipts show that the oil has been changed EVERY 5k miles, the carbon was last cleaned recently, the OEM brake pads and rotors were replaced with Porterfield R4S pads and new stock rotors, the stock exhaust has been replaced with a Milltek non-resonated and valved unit with working valves, the suspension has been upgraded to a Stasis SL system, and the coil pack recall has been completed. Another weak point with the RS4 is the audio system, which in this car has been completely overhauled with nearly $5k worth of top-notch audio equipment. It is an extremely clean install that doesn’t show on the surface. The head unit is stock, but everything behind it, all the way to the speakers has been changed! Biggest bonus is an AUX in jack. Any other stock RS4 you find for sale will not have an AUX jack! This is a must-have for a lot of people, including myself.
In addition, the 75k service is prepaid if completed before October 2014. My SA told me as long as the car comes in for service before then, any Audi dealer will complete the 75k service, regardless of the car's actual mileage. This will save a decent chunk of money...the 75k service is a pretty big one.
Also, the car comes with both sets of main keys, the valet key, and the spare key. It also has all manuals and accessories. It has the window sticker and even other dealer documents and tags that came with the car when it was new.
Lastly, the car’s history report a minor collision. This was in 2007, when the car was one month old. Since it was with under the previous owner’s possession, I don’t have many details except for that it was a minor parking lot incident where someone turned wide into a parking spot. The only reason it was claimed on insurance was because the car was literally brand new and the previous owner wanted the car fixed to OEM standards. I was comfortable with this; it was extremely minor and happened so long ago that there won’t be any latent issues arising from it.
I’ve really only lurked on the forums. When I had my M3 I was active on M3Forum and have positive feedback there: http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/itrader.php?u=55989. Feel free to contact me at chillar15@gmail.com with any questions. I’m willing to take the car to a local shop for a PPI at the buyer’s expense. In addition, I’m willing to cooperate with buyers who’ll need the car shipped. Again, shipping at the buyer’s expense. Car is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Thanks guys!
Pass on the word if anyone you know is looking for one of these...finding an RS4 like this one is pretty rare. Not just a great sports car, but one of the best year round daily drivers IMO.

Yeah, in average about every 20k miles or so, depending in how it's driven. Had mine cleaned out about 10k miles or so ago...would have to verify from the maintenance records once I get home though.
