General: This is a well maintained turbo tiptronic (automatic) with only 35,7XX miles. I am the 3rd owner of this garage kept car. I bought the car with approximately 27,400 miles in February 2010 and have put very few miles on it. Im not going to lie and say its never seen rain, but very rarely has it seen rain. Only when being caught in Houston summer showers. Always kept very clean inside and out. The color is Slate Gray and is a rare color as well as a $3000 factory upgrade. All factory manuals, books, spare tire and tools are included. Also included is a factory car cover, an extra 5 disk CD cassette from a previous porsche, and a few other odds and ends.
Maintenance: While I do have general maintenance documented, I do not have specific receipts for most items. 30,000 mile maintenance was done by previous owner before my purchase. Since then I have changed the oil, brake fluid, air, and cabin filter once per year including March 2014. So essentially every 3000 miles the oil has been changed. In addition, new EBC "Red Stuff" brakes were put on all four corners and brake fluid flushed in March 2014. The car has not required any small, medium, or large repairs. Front and rear tires have plenty of tread left with Nitto INVO's on the rear and Pirelli P Zero's on the front. When the front goes I recommend the Nitto to save about $200/tire!
Performance: The only performance modification that has been done to this car is an aftermarket 2.5" exhaust from Speedtech. It has come off and been sold. This car has never been flashed or any other modification. It has only seen factory boost levels. It also will be sold with 19" OZ Supperleggera III wheels in flat black. These run about $3500 for a full set. Its pretty well bone stock.
Interior: The interior is immaculate with hardly a blemish anywhere. All leather and trim has been treated about every 6 months with Leather Master's 3 step cleaning system. Carbon fiber center console, shifter plate, shift ****, and side AC vents really give an extra touch of performance. Front floor mats are Lloydes rubber mats and stainless steel Porsche pedals give some contrast. All electronics are functioning.
Exterior: While I consider the exterior to be a 9 out of 10 I wouldn't call it flawless like so many other doubtful adds I see. While this is a pretty low mile car it has been on the road and inspection will yield some imperfections, but it is by no means a deal breaker in my opinion. There are certainly no major dents. The car has all original paint and has never been wrecked or any other damage. It will have a fresh coat of carnuba wax before its new owner gets it and it received a significant detail with sealant using Menzerna products in the fall of 2013. The only issue worth pointing out on the car is one of the two the hydraulic unit on the rear spoiler is leaking. The spoiler still functions fine and goes up and down as specified.
Pricing is essentially firm at $44000. This is a very fine example of a well maintained and un-abused Porsche. No joy rides will be permitted and only serious inquiries. This is not a must sell situation. I have not lost a job, injured myself, or gotten a divorce so it is not dire selling situation. Nobody under the age of 25 will be permitted to test drive unless a cashiers check or cash is in hand at time of test. You can tear it up when you are done if you don't buy it. Please bring proof of auto insurance and a valid drivers license as well. Not sure what the laws are!! 3rd party inspections are welcomed at potential buyers expense. I prefer on site or local inspection.
