my limiter set at 8300 which is super safe , some people do 9000 on same set up .

Apart from the roll racing have you ever tracked the car on a road course? wondering if it would over heat with the up-down shifting ?

 

I did , year or two ago , before I got my 911 , it was alright , oil coolers would definitely help .

 

are you on solid lifters ? hydraulics - 8300 ? and yes you have been whatsapp'ing me yesterday - re logs

 

stock lifters , but springs and oversize stronger valves , solid lifter needs maintains , I didn't want that

 

yup .. i did both ... hydro then solid .. back to hydro... i left my rev limiter on 8200 ... shift at 8K... ( and I need to hit the rev limiter 1st to second to make sure i dont fall on my face ... )

 

I have 3 sets off heads for 3 years , they never failed , log tommorow 👍🏻
