This is a one owner car, purchased new in May, 2006, that has been enthusiast owned and properly maintained from day one. It has averaged approximately 5k miles per year and is stored in a climate controlled garage during the winter. It has been protected with clear bra since new so the paint is in excellent condition with no rock chips or defects. I do have all records for the car from day 1, along with all of the books, window sticker and keys.
It has a new set of Michelin Pilot Supersports and a new water pump, both installed approximately 1500-2000 miles ago. I also installed a new battery in September. Overall it is in excellent condition and is easily one of the cleanest 06 911's you will see.
This car is completely stock and has never been tracked or abused.
