For sale, my BSM 1M with 22.5k miles. The car is fully loaded with all the options offered including nav, heated seats, trunk lip wing and so on.

I am selling due to having a growing family and needing a larger car. We used to own an 1100hp Supra and this BMW 1M, a little jekyl and Hyde scenario however due to a move for work to Philly PA, I sold the Supra and the BMW simply isn't meeting the needs of my family without having to carry our new baby and putting way too many miles on it. Yes, I will regret this...

I purchased this car a little over a year ago from a BMW dealer in Ny. They offered the car as CPO but I negotiated the removal of the warranty as I did not plan on driving the car enough to experience any warranted related issues.

I took the car to XPEL in San Antonio Texas to have the hood, front fenders, rockers, mirrors, headlights and rear lower quarters covered in their best film. They used my car to create a kit for their dealers. The car was purchased with 17k on the odo and previously had no protection so a few minor stone chips are present under the clear film that are hardly perceptible. I used Concourse Auto Salon in San Antonio to professionally detail the car and apply a paint coating that makes keeping this black car clean a joy. I spent in excess of $3k on the XPEL and associated detailing. This car has not had any accidents, paint work, or any stories.

I installed a COBB front mount intercooler to assist with the hot weather we delt with while living in Texas. This item required zero permenent modifications to the car and I have every factory part that will come with the car. Upon request, I would return the intercooler to stock. I also have a COBB tuner for the car however it has never been installed or used. It will also come with the car.

The maintenance of the car is up to date and I replaced the diff and trans fluids only 500 miles ago using the correct BMW 1M fluids designed for the 1M parts. I did this as preventative maintenance as I very much enjoy over maintaining my vehicles. From day one, I used towels (thanks Marriott hotels) as seat covers to prevent any wear or tear to the seats of the car. The interior of this car is 100% perfect. The rear tires on the car are a year old and only have a few thousand miles on them.

2011 BMW 1M has the following options: BSM (Black Sapphire Metallic Paint), Black Dakota Leather with Contrast Stitching (Orange), 6 Speed Manual, Technology Package (hard drive for music, dual usb's, nav, etc), Alarm System, Comfort Access (keyless entry, keyless start, keyless trunk access) Headlight Washers, Park Distance Control (PDC), Harman Kardon Surround Sound System
Lights Package.

Thanks Blaine. This car is really awesome, but as you know when your little one was born, it seems like I'm having to reevaluate my current situation in order to ensure I'm not having a baby in my rare, well cared for future classic!

And yes, no matter how awesome this car is, it's nothing like "The Sin".
