It's time to sell my 2002 Audi S4 (B5) Stage III built by AWE Tuning. The way this S4 is setup makes it one of the ultimate daily drivers. It has plenty of power, while still being a total sleeper. As it currently sits the car is essentially "perfect" but it's time to make room in the garage and finally upgrade to a bigger/newer RS7. 2002 was the last year of the B5 generation and only 642 manual cars were imported out of 840 total units produced for North America. The car currently puts down apprx. 350awhp on a conservative low boost tune and runs very strong and smooth. It's in immaculate mechanical and cosmetic condition with very minimal flaws, even for the age and miles. The prior owners were longtime Audi enthusiasts and forum members who took meticulous care of the car under their ownership. This car was not pieced together on a budget and was completely gone through, built, and tuned by the professionals at AWE. I have all documentation for the build and maintenance totaling close to $25,000. It has zero issues or problems of any kind such as fluid leaks, oil consumption, warning lights, etc. The car is very solid and runs perfectly. It's a 10/10 mechanically.

The overall cosmetic condition is an easy 9/10 inside and out. The car has never been in an accident or had previous damage. All factory equipment and accessories function as new. The leather seats, carpet, and all interior surfaces have been very well cared for and look great. It has always been a nonsmoker vehicle and still smells new. The paint and body are also in great condition and have been consistently detailed with high quality products (Griots, Adams) for many years. The car shows very well, especially for its age, and is always getting compliments. I love the B5 platform and want to see this car go to another enthusiast owner who will continue to enjoy and appreciate it.

Asking $13,500 but I'm open to reasonable offers close to my asking price. This is a very well sorted example that was built by one of the best Audi tuning shops in the country. I'll also include over $500 worth of brand new misc. OEM spare parts for the new owner for the right offer. I've sold many of my cars on this forum over the years with 100% feedback so please buy with confidence. Someone could buy this car sight unseen and be more than happy with its condition.

Perhaps you should edit your title as its very misleading. Your car is super clean but no where near an "RS4 conversion".

I owned an almost exact replica of this car years ago. Fantastic daily driver with tons of linear power and the sound from that engine is great.

I had one of the very first Nogaro Blue S4's in the country. I got it in Nov '99 and was one of my favorite cars ever. I actually got choked up when I sold it. The guy still has it to this day. These are incredible cars, especially when done up with K04's. Best of luck with the sale.
