Edit: There were a few people that thought that there was a tear on the driver side seat from the video. It's only a slight discoloration of the leather and I've included a close up picture to better see what it looks like.

Sad to see this beauty go. I'm a new dad and we now need a "family car" and nobody else in my household can drive stick shift.

Back story to the history of the car: The first owner was in PA for approximately the first 10k miles (purchased from this board). I was the 2nd and majority owner of the vehicle up till around 73k miles. My brother has owned this vehicle for 3.5 years and only driven it around 3-4k miles (incredibly babied). This vehicle is very well maintained. This was maintained by the local Audi dealership up till 50k miles and then maintained by Trophy Performance. Full maintenance records at both.

** Currently entertaining multiple offers ** This will go to the highest bidder in the next few days. Sadly, I'm positive someone else will be holding title likely within the next week or two. I also have an add on craigslist generating quite a bit of interest!

Interior (9.5/10):

The interior of the car is in great shape. The seats look brand new in the rear, the front passenger seat is in excellent condition, and the driver's side seat has minimal wear. There is a small discoloration but I've included a close up pic to see it better. All electronics work perfectly.

Exterior/Wheels (8/10):

The exterior of the car is in great shape. Minimal wear on the rims due to age. You can see they're in great shape via the pictures. One tiny blemish on the hood of the vehicle that isn't noticeable until it's pointed out. There's a close up of that pic as well.

Engine Mechanicals and Maintenance (10/10):

All service things were maintained at their appropriate intervals, zero issues whatsoever. Milltek cat-back exhaust. I've had 2 california parties ask if this will pass smog and there shouldn't be any reason it won't.

Clutch/Suspension/Brakes/Tires (9/10):

New clutch replaced at approximately 70k miles. There are no issues with the suspension, brakes, or tires, but the tires may need replacement in approximately 10k miles depending on how you drive the vehicle. The tires are 7 years old, but still good tread left (see pictures)

Vehicle is located in Las Vegas, NV. PPI at buyers expense can be easily arranged. Upgrades are limited to exhaust, ecu flash, short shifter (do you really need any upgrades, this car is a beauty at stock!).

Looking to sell vehicle in the next week. I already have 5 offers at dealerships but hoping to find an avid enthusiast to take this gem off my hands. We just had an addition the family and more cars than can fit in our garage. Unfortunately, this is the first to go since nobody else in my household is able to drive manual and we'll be getting a 7 passenger SUV. Current offers are good for 5 days and may pull the trigger if I can't find a private sale. Make me an offer I can't refuse!

Update 1/5: I took this into the Audi dealership today and they did a 3.5 hour inspection (good sign that they're interested). Their initial offer prior to seeing the vehicle was 20k and they increased to 22.5k. I've gone to 5 different dealers and have expiring offers in the next 5 days. Looking to find a private sell before then or I'll be accepting the highest dealer offer.

Update 1/7: With the new pictures, offers have been pouring in! Entertaining 3 offers at the moment, 2 slightly below asking and 1 at asking price (45 day sale contingent on sale of his current vehicle with a large non-refundable deposit). With the generated interest, I'm confident I'll be selling this through private sale now and no longer worried about the dealer's expiring offers. Car will go to the first person with cash!
