IB is snapping up a lot of neat sites lately. No information released yet by IB or 6Speed regarding the acquisition price? Congrats

 

Does IB generally have a store front for thier sites?

I would like to buy a plate cover and a t-shirt.... someday.

 

They don't necessarily need to list the price if it's under X% of the total market cap of the company.

 

I know the valuation may not have to be reported but doesn't the actual news of the acquisition have to?

That info has not been released for their past acquisitions, and it's a safe bet it will not be released on this one.
