can anyone tell me how to set it up so that i dont just auto subscribe to everything i post in. my emails is bombarded with instant notifications i dont want and its a huge PITA to remember to continually just pop into the use CP every 30mins to unsubscribe to everything to prevent it.

theres must be a way, ive been all over the CP trying to find it but no success.
anyone?
