After a discussion with IB Tim one area of watermarked image posting policy has changed. Acceptable watermarks are now allowed outside the photography section. Here it is from IB Tim...any images with a website url or that end in .com, .net, .org etc...will be taken down...also any images that advertise a non-sponsor or competing forum will be taken down...as far as all the pro photographers go....you can mark your photos with Your Name and Your Name Photography but if you mark them Your Name Photography.com (.net, .org) or add a website url to your watermark they will be removed. I see no reason why acceptable watermarked images cannot be posted anywhere on the forum and I will be changing the rules for the other sectons to reflect that...sorry that some of the suggestions I received were not implemented but at least basic watermarked images are no longer confined to the photography section...I very much appreciated all the comments
