Same here using MAC with Safari and my android phone.. Constant log out..

 

Mike, I use a mac, and have an android phone here as well, and I am not able to replicate the problem any longer.

Have you completely removed all of your 6speedonline cookies from your devices? Logging out, is not the same thing as clearing your cookies.

Cleared cookies and cache multiple times. Not using Mobile me, etc. Still won't remember me on any computer, at home, mobile or work.

This is the only website doing this and it seems to have started for all of us at the same time quite recently. Therefore, it's obviously the website, not our individual computers.

Maybe you changed something on your servers or your cookies, whether you know it or not . Why don't you get your IT department/consultant to check that out?

 

Same for me.. Cleared the cookies again and had all browsers closed.. restarted the computer same issues today again.. no other Vbulletin site is doing this but here and just started now..

I'm in the same boat - and I cleared cookies and cache - site is still not remembering.

Generally use Safari on PC at work, and various mac platforms at home.

 

Its such a hassle too when you typed a whole post and then hit reply and your not logged in.. I have a feeling a Vbulletin upgrade could be the cause.. 1 other forum i used in the past that upgraded had this issues for a while..

 

keep posting if you are having difficulties..I have asked the admins/techs to take another look

 

using a MAC with SAFARI.. SAME ISSUE... Iphone too...

 

I think it must be some strange safari issue, but I do not understand why I am not experiencing it.

I have got our lead dev going to take a look at this issue today.

Fwiw I'm still having the issue. Tried every reasonable thing.

I surf about 10 forums and this one is the only issue. Becoming very annoying. I have already started to visit the site less and less.

Can you give me the exact details on your computer, browser, and what steps you've taken to clear your cookies and cache completely?

-work computer on windows XP and internet explorer. Cleared every cookie on the machine.

-iPad with stock safari browser, cleared ever cookie on the machine.

-HTC EVO Android phone, cleared every cookie.

-Windows laptop on Chrome, cookies cleared.

I also ate all the chocolate chip cookies in my reception area in the office and that only seemed to give me a sugar high for my next client.

 

well, that makes no sense whatsoever. other than the sugar rush bit LOL

Have you connected your 6speed account to facebook by chance?
