it's a great golf course, i've played there a number of times... pretty expensive... $375 on the weekends... views on a clear day are pretty amazing tho...

 

Trump National is a bit foo foo with the huge waterfalls n all, but that's why it's Trump style. The only knock is that the holes are a bit shorter and more narrow, so you typically won't use driver as much. Having grown up in PV, it was great back when it was still Ocean Trails and you could play all day for only $85. (but it was only 15 holes!)

I just played Pelican Hills again last week, for the first time since they've completed the huge remodel. Very nice condition and excellent service by the whole staff.

 

PH is first class and is in OC. LA.... no way....
