Question Regarding Rusnak Porsche, Pasadena, CA
Good afternoon! Can anyone tell me if Rusnak Porsche in Pasadena, CA is a reputable dealer. I am close to consumating a deal with Stephen in their Internet Sales Department, and since I live in Basking Ridge, NJ I can only go by what I am being told.
Best regards,
Gavino

Just bought a black C4S a few weeks ago from Stephen Rumph - I had a few calls with him while he let me know what inventory they had, then visited the dealer to close the deal.
Pretty solid guy and seemed very upfront about all costs, fees, etc. He did push the buy a car before Apr 1 thing but actually that was good to know as I hadn't been aware till he told me about the change to california sales tax and DMV registration fees going up. So I just got under the wire before they raised those rates.
Pretty standard niceties post sales too - tossed in free clear lights, personally made sure to track down and get me my NAV cd, 2nd car key made, etc. Overall I'd buy a car from him again and would refer people to him. The only slight ding I could say of Rusnak and/or Steve is that he isn't the most porsche knowledgeable sales person, but I've long ago come to the realization that no sales guy is going to be as fanatically aware of every small nuance like people on this board generally are. So I don't hold that against him.
Oh, if you get a car from them and have it shipped over or pick it up yourself, ask them to put in nitrogen into the tires before you pick it up. I'm not all that sure whether there is any real benefits to nitrogen other than the slower molecular dispersion out of the sidewalls, all that other nonsense of being less flamable, lighter, etc. is pretty much bs in my opinion in terms of real world impact or effect. But the slower PSI loss over time seems useful. They do it for free and seems my car handles the same before and after.
