Has anybody got a shop local to San Diego that is decently understanding in their visual inspection. Everything is CARB legal but non of the stickers are present (very modified car). I have documentation but I need a little leeway as getting 10-12 manufacturers to resend the stickers will be a major pain in the butt.

I know it will pass the sniffer and the OBD inspection but really don't want to track down those stickers.

 

Were you able to find a local smog station? I'm new to the SD area and also looking.
