I have the opportunity to develop a "car community" like the one in the https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...age-condo.html. I've been lurking around this forum for years now and I figured this would be a great place to get opinions.

The project would most likely be somewhere like san bernardino, or riverside area with a very slim chance of it being in Newport Beach area(smaller scale/no track, lol).

My thought is an exclusive "country club like" community with the warehouses/condo's depending on how each individual would like to set theirs up. With the possibility of having a track setup for private use of the community members.

This is just in the beginning stages of planning but we do have offers in on possible locations.

So I just want to hear what you have to say, as car guys in socal, would you buy a garage and membership?
