I have an appointment scheduled to get a clear bra installed by Ultimate Shield in Orange and wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them. I have read good things about them, but want to make sure that I am making the right choice. Has anyone used them, and if so, what was your experience like? I want it to be as perfect as possible, as I am crazy about my cars and will notice any imperfections in the install, no matter how "minor."

 

Ultimate Shield is the only place I'd go for clear bras in So Cal. Sean did my '05 911 Carrera earlier this year and my brother's '07 Civic five years ago. Sean has installed many clear bras on Porsches and knows his stuff very well. I highly recommend Ultimate Shield.

 

Yes, I second that opinion about Sean. He did the bra on my Cayman S a couple of years ago and it has held up very well. It saved me from severe bumper paint damage when I hit a piece of tire tread on the freeway.

 

Are they mobile or in house only?

 

Not sure if they do mobile, but I've only brought cars to their shop in Orange.
