Looking for the best Paint and Autobody shop near the Irvine area

I need to get my front lip and a few other little oem bits painted. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I was thinking about trying Mclaren Autobody.

got estimates at Mclaren A/B but never had any work done there. try Simon A/B in Laguna Hills, Precision A/B and Prestige A/B in Mission Viejo. had good work done on my cars at these places. look them up and get an estimate.

I went and checked out Mclaren today. I also called Prestige, and they referred me to Fabricante in lake forest. Both places were nice, especially Mclaren, but neither seemed to really be that familiar with Porsches. Quotes ranged from $688 to $1450.

Spectrum Collision does mostly BMW and Porsche. They are going to do my 997.2 TTS soon.

Longboarder, what are you going to have done?

I saw them, but their yelp reviews turned me off. Who knows if you can trust the internet though.

Hmmm. I need them to deal with a scratch on my 911 that is down the metal. Something where they need to paint match so I'm pretty worried. Hopefully they will get it 100%. They painted the rocker panels (rock chips from tracking) on my mineral white 2013 M3 and it was perfect. Similarly did a terrific job on my 2013 X5 when it was hit in the quarter panel). But they didn't paint match my 2013 STi very well but maybe that's because they don't do Subaru's often.

Sounds like you should be okay. Sorry to hear, how did you get that scratch?

I decided to take my car to A-One Autobody in HB based on good friends recommendations. It's a little further than I want to go but the familiarity makes up for it.

A bit late, but I highly recommend Advanced Auto Refinishing in San Juan Capistrano.

They have one of the best body guys around and do great paint work. I've seen several Porsches and other high end cars there. We are one of their suppliers.

Aaron, European Motorcar Works in Santa Ana is our shop of choice. They do excellent work and that's where I send anything I want done perfect. And you know how picky I am.
