Thinking if I hang on to my Turbo I want to go with a short shift kit. I've tried my buddy's 997 GT3 shifter which seems nice, but I'm not sure it shortens the throws quite enough (though it's nicely priced compared with the others). Do any of you folks have the 997 short shifter or Numeric that would let another rennlist guy try it out? I'd really prefer not to buy something and have to pull it back out after install.
