USP Motorsports 996TT at Homestead Miami Speedway

Last Saturday, my crew and I took the 996TT out to Homestead Miami Speedway for a track event. I recently had the chance to install my new Brembo GT 355mm 6 piston brake kit on the car, so I’ve been dying to get to a track! These brakes were apparently too big to fit inside stock wheels, so I ordered new tires and wrapped all four of my 19” Volk's in Hoosier slicks. Since it was the first time to the track with this new setup, I was excited to see what it is capable of. Overall the car performed really well, the brakes are night and day compared to stock... I finally have enough stopping power to match my hp, LOL! There was a solid group of P-cars in attendance including 2 GT3 RS’s and a few nicely modded Turbos and GT3’s. I was unofficially the fastest P-car out there, but there were a few road race Corvettes that are were a step above. I’ve got some nice video of the day, even some footage passing by a GT3 RS
