Posted this in off topic but it didn't hit me we have a southwest forum. I'll paste my situation:


To put things in a nutshell, I'm in Texas for training and I choose to ride my bike for fitness purposes to and from work daily since I arrived in October. Well a few weeks ago I I was struck by a car although I had active flashers and a reflective vest on at the time. She did not have her glasses on and she was also passing someone that was in the left lane, on the right where I was riding.

I am not from Texas and I'm not very familiar with the state, but I was wondering if someone could refer me to a lawyer or law firm in the state? I'm not trying to be one of those "I got so n so" people on the commercials, I just want someone that will do right by me and not have to go through multiple lawyers to get this done. The medical bills are coming in and although I'd say I am 85% healed, I still wake up with pain in my neck every morning with no remedy. I thank you in advance.

And if anyone is wondering I am okay, some here think I'm the luckiest man alive cause although she hit me at over 50mph, I have only minor injuries after spending days in the hospital.
