996 turbo Rear Wing on 996 C4S cabrio - help.
Hi All.
First post. I have a 2004 C4S cabrio and want to install turbo rear wing. I obtained complete turbo trunk lid with all equipment supposed to be in good working order. I can see that swap is not direct plug and play but have been told it is doable with change to air intake, but would like advice from anyone that has done this - the more detailed the better. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, can't help, but I'm interested in installing a C4S rear deck and spoiler on my '04 996 Turbo cab. I've since removed the wing and just have the duck tail lid. The Turbo hydraulic wings are very failure prone. In my cars first 14K miles the original failed and a second replacement as well. I just removed it with the hydraulic rams and pump.

996 Turbo Wing on 996 C4S Cabrio
Hi Nick. Thanks for comments. If we had connected earlier we may have been able to do a swap. I bought a complete turbo lid on ebay. Should be installed week after next. Was going to try to sell my c4s lid, but after hearing your comments, I will hold onto a while in case I want to switch back. Thanks.
