Replacement of oil cooler coolant tubes question

Question.

997.1 Twin Turbo with a intermittent coolant leak from passenger and driver side oil cooler/ heat exchanger coolant elbows. Is it possible to replace these without dropping the engine? The photo below is Sharkwerks repair kit for the damaged parts which also look far superior to OEM.
