I guess this works much like on other cars. That there isnt an odb2 channel for "knock" but if you disable traction control and do a few WOT pulls to red line, you can look for 3-5deg sudden timing corrections. This would be DME adjustments for knock.

If you dont disable esp/traction control you will see DME dropping timing to limit torque, you dont want those false corrections in your logs.
