Pirelli World Challenge Racing to Mid-Ohio for Rounds 11 and 12

As we head into the last three stops for the GT, GT-A, and GTS classes of the 2014 Pirelli World Challenge series championship, you can be sure that the drivers and teams will be holding nothing back.

Now is the time when the teams push hard for every valuable championship point. Everyone will be giving 110% which leads to great racing on the track.

The Mid-Ohio circuit is 2.258 miles around with blind turns, fast straights, and elevation changes. Said to be one of the most technical circuits on the calendar, Mid-Ohio also offers plenty of opportunities for passing. The on-track action is sure to be exciting.

In GT, Johnny O’Connell, in his No. 3 Cadillac CTS-V R, has a commanding lead. Mike Skeen in the No. 2 CRP Racing Audi R8 Ultra is in second ahead of O’Connell’s teammate Andy Pilgrim in the No. 8 Cadillac.
