Question Questions for the suspension gurus

I have a question for those that are experts, if you wish, in setting up adjustable suspensions.

First off, I understand the relation between spring rates, compression and rebound and the way they affect the balance of a car. I also understand the other various alignment units like toe, camber and caster and the way they affect handling.

My question is on differentiating the effects of high-speed and low-speed compression and high-speed and low-speed rebound. I wish to understand how they individually affect the handling and balance on a car. Just in the quest of more automotive knowledge.

Thanks guys
