my recaro speed has the recliner **** on both sides, however only the one on the right side works. is the one of the left for something else? i never noticed until someone recently pointed it out to me.

not the lever to flip it forward allowing access to the rear.

 

the triangular know is cracked on the inside or stripped out that's why it just spins.
