What do you look for in a tuner/builder?

Hi guys, thanks for taking the time to read this. I was just wondering what you guys value when looking for someone to build/work on your cars in terms of tuning/customization and how much weight you put on each aspect?

For example, my list in order of importance:
1) Community reputation
2) Customer service
3) Results (1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, etc)
4) Value / price
5) Experience
6) Objectivity (Don't try to sell you parts you don't need or are sub-optimal)

I'd really like to see how my list compares with you guys as a lot of you have been tuning cars a lot longer than I have, and have a lot more experience. Thanks!

Trust is KEY!!!! that is gained by previous experience, talking with other customers. They must have expertise. Ask the tough questions, what if something goes wrong - will they stand behind their work.....

Reliability for me. Too many times I've ended up making too much power at the cost of reliability. I want someone to give me enough power in a well balanced product.

What do you think about car's styling? I've found glow in the dark paint Noxton, the glow time up to 8-12 hours after charging with total lifetime 200 years. And I want to paint my car and make it glow in the dark. My opinion it's about how not very expensive cars turn into luxury cars.
