VW Rear Emblem MkV

I need some help...
I want to remove my rear emblem and modify it. I have read other online forums about how to do this, but it didn't work. Has anyone removed their rear VW emblem?

grawe is infamous around these parts
Just take some dental floss and run it behind the emblem. If there is any glue left over use some paint thinner.

to remove the VW badge from the rear of MK5 GTI you'll need a credit card.. put it between the V and the W and just move it around.. and it should pop out..
