800HP Golf 3 GTI hits 208 mph
This tuned 1997 Volkswagen Golf 3 (Mk3) features a 3.0-litre VR6 engine that uses turbocharging to achieve this massive 800HP output, the results were truly impressive as the 13 years old German hatch managed to reach a maximum speed of 208.1 mph on a drag strip.
The 800HP Volkswagen Golf 3 GTI was built by Dubsquared and T1 Race Development and is featured in this month issue of the eurotuner Magazine.

nothing... stock gearing with larger tires and extended RPM range...

they do bring spare transmisions though, just in case...

Stock box for sure... not sure about tdi 5th...
