Toyo R-888. Opinions?

Getting some more track oriented wheels and am currently considering the Toyo R-888. Anyone have any experience with these or info they'd like to share?

They're going on an R8, 235/30/19 up front, 295/35/19 in back. A couple other R8 owners use them and like them, but I'm still looking around.

Any other suggestions?

I heard good thing about them on the track and they're half the price of the Michelin Cup's. Someone told me they were noise on the road.

I recently bought a set of r888. I have a 997S. Once you set the pressure right, they are spectacular on the track. It takes a little bit of time to set up the right tire pressure as a function of the type of track and temperature. Their biggest disadvantage is that they are very noisy. I have two sets. PS2 for street and R888 for the track.

For sure, my next set of track tires will be a R888 again.
