i was at costco in northridge and saw a bunch of wheels mounted on a wall by the exit. there was a big CEC sign stating "available at tire dept". not sure about the price but would assume it's cheaper? costco has everything...

 

Like everything else in Costco, do you have to buy like in bulk of 16 wheels at a time?

there's a volvo dealership that's affiliated to a costco over here in london ontario
but i've seem some wheels at some costcos here too...
