Brake clearance question

I just got a set of Sport Edition Cup 4 wheels (with snow tires mounted) from TireRack. I'm very concerned that there is not enough clearance between the front brakes and the wheel. Please take a look at these pics and let me know what you think!
TireRack definitely said that these are ok on a 2007 C4S with the stock brake package. Just using finger-feel, I compared the minimum space on the OEM wheels and there was definitely less space on these Sport Editions.

Believe it or not, there is actually enough clearance to rotate the wheel over the caliper without hitting it. TireRack engineering is going to be looking at the photos as well.

Forgedpiston13 is infamous around these parts
That does not look too good, you should get a hold of them. They might as you to use 5mm spacers, but I am not a big fan of them.

it's hard to tell exactly how much clearance you got by the photos but from what I can see it looks plenty ok.

the caliper doesn't move and neither does the wheel so you should be fine.
