Need Help Finding an Old BBS Center Cap

BBS is out of them and I have a customer looking for some. They come off of an old school BBS wheel that is getting refurbished for a customer of mine. He's missing a cap and stuck.

Took this picture from Pelican:

And these he supplied me:

Part numbers and dimensions are:

KBA40674
KBA40675

16 x 7 et 23
16 x 8 et 11

According to the customer the cap is approx. 1.9" across and the wheels were made with either a low holder, or a higher one. He's looking for a single cap, or a set.

Can anyone help? PM me if you can. Thanks.
