No...again only 200 mile on them so far, but, on ramps and off ramps, the tires seem to lay into the sidewalls very gradual, and tires feel set and planted... Doesn't feel like I am folding the tire over or anything... Now the car is lowered on H&R's and the rear camber looks pretty agressive, maybe this has something to do with it as well.

Then again you only have 200 miles on them. And you also have it lowerd. Mine is stock might also be why its not that tight on the handling. Let me know as you break them in. But my imo the sidewalls are deff mushy compared to the zeros i got the car with. I guess thats where the N1 plays its roll

Nah, the (n) just means it was tested and used by Porsche as OEM delivered tires. I just installed Kumho Ecsta XS. You would probably really like these. Much stiffer sidewalls and better dry performance,

I have had a few trust worthy friends drive the car as well. Guys who know how to drive pretty well....attend track days etc. They really like the way the car rides......the H&Rs have been great even on Michigan's crappy roads.

That's the worst tire i have tried on my 997C2S so far.

Just to update - these are not as good as the Toyo T1-Rs that I previously had on the car. Traction is worse - the squeal much sooner in the corners and I can spin them in 1st, 2nd, and part of 3rd. They also seem to be a bit noisier.

My suspension is already stiff, so I don't notice the soft sidewalls. I'd say that they are OK for the money.

Just installed these today 305 25 20 and 235 30 20, I absolutely hate them. They felt very sloppy. I called my tire shop before I made it home and asked what else was available in my size.
Anyone have any experience with Nitto Envo????

They're great street tires but the sidewalls are a bit too soft

I just got a set of these....
Did the rears only at first (big mistake, seriously - don't do that with the V12's), got the fronts two days later and it's taken about 300 miles but now they're broken in a little and are actually OK. If you're reading this thread looking for info on good tires for your 911, I don't believe these are the way to go. I'm stuck with them for now but will change sooner rather than later.
I have MPSC's for the track so I cannot say how the V12's are in that environment but on the street, they're not as grippy as I'd like. Too much 'slide' but definitely quiet. I have the lovely Fabspeed muffler so quiet is not my aim.
Overall, I'd give these a 6 outta 10.

I just removed the Hankooks and installed the Nitto Invo's, my car handles much better. The Nittos are louder than the Hankooks but I can deal with the noise vs. poor handling.

Hankooks are surprisingly good for the price. I would also look into Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta. They are a European tire, they grips very well, they are inexpensive, spectacular in the wet and they do not get louder as they wear. i am on my 3rd set on my personal car.

The Vreds are great. I alo just had the V12s and they were a horrible replacement. The Vreds were noticeably louder towards the end of their life but they were much stickier than the v12s, which I found to be soft and slick. The v12s also run much narrower for a given size than the Vredeteins (or many other tires or that matter).

I really wish that I'd have done more research before ordering the V12's.
They're OK, but on a car like a 997 OK is not acceptable. The car handled great before the V12's and with them I feel the handling/response is diminished by about 20%.
But I just paid about $800 installed for all 4 so I'm stuck with them for a while..........
