Is powder coating add weight on wheels ?

Is powder coating add weight on wheels ?

i guess the answer is yes... But HOW MUCH ?

i'm thinking powder coating my superleggera HLT...

not very much at all

depending on the size and complexity of the wheel it will only take 1-2 lbs of powder to do an entire set of wheels -- so you are looking at 1/4-1/2 lb per wheel of weight added

It is usually closer to 200 grams, depending on the size and style of the wheel.
