HRE Rain Vibration problem

Hi,

If you remember several months back I complained about severe wheel vibration with HRE reverse lip wheels. I was unaware this was an issue and the car was basically undrivable above 60 in the rain. After all the discussion here on the subject HRE called me and told me to send my wheels back because they had a fix for the problem. I am happy to report HRE came through and their fix works. I was able to drive my car at 80mph with no vibration,. They also made my wheels look brand new again. Before the fix it would have shaken my car apart. So I thank HRE for their customer support and seeing this through to a happy customer conclusion.

They drilled some holes to drain the water. Can not be seen. Yes it is only a problem with reverse lip wheels

SG333 is infamous around these parts
Most 3-piece wheels have a groove in the middle that captures water. They all can cause vibrations.
